Biography

I am a jewellery designer-maker, making personalised pieces in silver and gold, from my studio at home by the sea in North Berwick. My main technique is hand piercing, working at minuscule detail, to capture coastlines and landscapes near and far, that curve and flow with minute intricacy. Inspirations gathered from maps, cityscapes, coastal borders, and textures from the coastline influence the textures and profiles in my work.

Over the last few years I have built my iconic jewellery brand which has become a mainstay of the personalised jewellery market; making jewellery based on coastline maps, cityscapes and landscapes that are personal to the wearer.

My heart is in making bespoke engagement and wedding rings for my customers, featuring their own special part of the world. I work in Fairmined and recycled precious metals, with ethically sourced gemstones.

My personalised cufflinks are also a hit, for the groom’s wedding gift, to bridal party gifts, and my range of pebble initial pendants are always popular for the bridesmaids. It’s personalised jewellery with a twist.
